    Return & Refund Policy — LAYANA

    At LAYANA we check each product carefully before delivery. If there is an issue with a product or you receive the wrong item, the following return and refund policy applies:

    Inspection on delivery

    You must inspect the product in front of the delivery person before accepting it.

    We do not accept complaints about damage or wrong items after the delivery person has left, and we will not accept returns in that situation.

    Returns and exchanges

    You may return or exchange a product if:

    • You received the wrong product.
    • There is a serious mismatch between the product and the images on the website.

    Condition: You must inform us on WhatsApp (+8801605009627) while the delivery person is still present and return the product at that time.

    Delivery charges

    If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or faulty product), you will not pay delivery charges for that return.

    For any other reason (for example, change of mind or personal preference), delivery charges for return or exchange are fully borne by the customer.

    Refunds

    Refunds apply if you paid in advance and we cannot provide the correct product in cases of wrong or faulty items.

    In other cases we usually offer an exchange instead of a cash refund.

    Refund timeline: After a refund is confirmed, the amount will be returned within 3–5 business days via bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer.

    Sizing and special cases

    Once a product has been used, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

    If you ordered the wrong size and want an exchange, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will consider the request subject to stock availability.

    Sending products back

    For an exchange or other special cases, you may need to send the product to our address.

    LAYANA is not responsible if the product is damaged in transit on the way back to us. Please pack returns securely.
