• We may change website content or these terms at any time without prior notice.
• If a product price is shown incorrectly due to a technical error, or if stock is limited, LAYANA reserves the right to cancel any order.

After you place an order on the website, you will receive an initial confirmation.

Before the order is handed to the courier, our team will confirm your order by phone. The order is considered final only after confirmation on that call.

We accept cash on delivery (COD), bKash, Nagad, and bank transfer.

We encourage paying the delivery charge in advance; in special cases we may still ship without advance payment.

Delivery time: Typically 1–2 days inside Dhaka city and 2–3 days outside Dhaka. Due to unforeseen circumstances, delivery may take up to 3 days inside Dhaka and up to 5 days outside Dhaka.

Delivery charge: BDT 70 inside Dhaka city; BDT 120 outside Dhaka.

Products that include a colour warranty will state this in the product description.

The warranty applies only if the colour fades under normal use. It does not apply if the product is deliberately damaged by abrasion, chemicals, or breakage.

How to claim: You must send the product to us first. If our quality team confirms a manufacturing fault or normal colour fading under the warranty terms, we will provide a replacement product.

Only one warranty claim is allowed per product.

You may cancel your order free of charge while it is in Pending or Preparing status.

If you cancel after the product has been handed to the courier, you must pay the applicable delivery charge.

You are responsible for providing the correct name, phone number, and full delivery address when ordering. LAYANA is not liable for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect information.

Use of this website and any disputes arising from transactions shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh, with jurisdiction in Dhaka.
